Cancellation Before Shipment (Valid for Orders Only):

If you wish to cancel an order or an item that has not yet been shipped, please contact Customer Service at support@thehavenlytails.com.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after your cancellation request has been properly processed.

How Do I Get a Refund for a Canceled Order, and How Long Does This Process Take?

For pre-shipment cancellations, we process refunds within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.

In case of cancellation after shipment or return of goods, the product will be sent back to our warehouse. After confirmation, your refund will be processed.

If you paid by credit/debit card or internet banking, your refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. This will be completed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to appear.
